- • Assist in the daily management of core paid acquisition channels including Meta, TikTok, and Google DSPs.
- • Support the creation and optimization of scalable user acquisition funnels by ensuring proper tracking implementation and gathering data insights.
- • Actively participate in the creative testing loop by preparing new ad concepts, organizing creative assets, and setting up audience tests.
- • Monitor campaign and funnel performance using Voluum, GA4, and internal dashboards, promptly flagging performance anomalies or critical changes.
- • Pull, clean, and organize performance data (CPA, ROAS, retention) to support weekly and monthly strategic reviews.
- • Maintain and update internal reporting documents and dashboards to ensure accurate and timely performance visibility.
- • Support the creative briefing process by translating performance data into actionable insights for the content team.
- • Collaborate with Product and Content teams to assist in launching and testing landing pages with a focus on improving conversion rates.
- • Assist in documenting and implementing systems to streamline creative testing speed and reduce creative fatigue.
- • Build initial rapport with key traffic source representatives and assist senior team members in managing communications and reporting.
- • Research and document potential new acquisition opportunities including emerging networks, ad formats, and tools.
- • Stay up-to-date on platform policy changes, algorithm shifts, and industry trends across major advertising platforms.
- • Execute daily campaign adjustments to scale budgets while maintaining strict cost targets (CAC/ROAS).
- • Contribute directly to growing the user base from 40 million to 100 million through data-driven acquisition strategies.
- • Handle foundational setup tasks (tracking, ad configuration) required to test and launch entirely new advertising platforms.
- • Run A/B tests on landing pages and funnels to identify opportunities for improved campaign efficiency.
- • Serve as the critical link between performance data and creative teams, ensuring new ad concepts are launched, tracked, and optimized effectively.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 1 year of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition
- • Basic understanding of major ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.)
- • Ability to quickly learn and master new software, dashboards, and platform interfaces
- • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data/Excel to translate data into creative briefs
- • Fluency in English for clear communication of findings and collaboration
- • Driven, accountable, and action-oriented mindset with ownership of tasks and goals
