- • Assist in the daily management of core paid acquisition channels including Meta, TikTok, Google, and other DSPs under the guidance of the Chief Marketing Officer.
- • Support the creation and optimization of scalable user acquisition funnels by ensuring accurate tracking implementation and gathering actionable data insights.
- • Actively participate in the creative testing loop by preparing new ad concepts, organizing creative assets, and setting up audience tests to improve campaign performance.
- • Monitor campaign and funnel performance using Voluum, GA4, and internal dashboards, promptly flagging anomalies or critical performance changes.
- • Pull, clean, and organize key performance data including CPA, ROAS, and retention metrics to support weekly and monthly strategic reviews.
- • Maintain and update internal reporting documents and dashboards to ensure accurate, real-time visibility into acquisition performance.
- • Support the creative briefing process by translating performance data into clear recommendations for the content team on effective ad angles and required asset changes.
- • Collaborate with Product and Content teams to assist in launching and testing landing pages with the goal of improving conversion rates.
- • Assist in documenting and implementing systems designed to accelerate creative testing cycles and reduce creative fatigue.
- • Build initial rapport with key traffic source representatives, assisting senior team members in managing communications and reporting performance metrics.
- • Research and document emerging acquisition opportunities including new advertising networks, formats, and tools to expand the company’s growth channels.
- • Stay up-to-date on platform policy changes, algorithm updates, and industry trends across major ad platforms to ensure compliance and optimize performance.
- • Execute daily campaign adjustments to scale budgets while maintaining strict cost targets for CAC and ROAS.
- • Contribute directly to the goal of growing the user base from 50 million to 100 million by analyzing and improving campaign efficiency.
- • Handle foundational setup tasks for testing and launching entirely new advertising platforms, including tracking configuration and initial ad deployment.
- • Run A/B tests on landing pages and user funnels to identify opportunities for increasing conversion rates and reducing acquisition costs.
- • Serve as the critical link between performance data and creative teams, ensuring data-driven insights are translated into actionable creative briefs and launched efficiently.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 1 year of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition
- • Demonstrated understanding of major ad platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Google
- • Ability to quickly learn and master new software, dashboards, and platform interfaces
- • Strong analytical skills with comfort using data and Excel to translate insights into creative briefs
