Junior Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• • As a Junior Platform Engineer at Tandem Health, you will help build and maintain the cloud infrastructure that powers a healthcare platform designed by clinicians for clinicians, directly supporting patient care and enabling the company’s mission to reimagine healthcare.
• • Day to day, you will support the team in building and maintaining cloud infrastructure, work with Kubernetes-based systems, contribute to CI/CD pipelines, assist in implementing infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and Helm, help improve observability and monitoring, take ownership of smaller infrastructure components, and collaborate closely with senior engineers to learn best practices in reliability, security, and performance.
• • You will join a small, highly skilled platform team at a fast-scaling health-tech company backed by top investors, expanding globally, and committed to building impactful technology that puts clinicians first in a highly regulated environment.
• • In this role, you will gain hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Kubernetes, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and observability tools, while developing your skills in building reliable, secure, and scalable systems under the mentorship of experienced engineers, preparing you for greater ownership and impact over time.
