📋 Description

• Design and conceptualize digital products, websites, and brands from initial discovery through final delivery, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
• Take full ownership of design initiatives on live products, collaborating directly with Tech Leads and Product Managers to drive product decisions.
• Conduct user research to understand target audiences, validate user personas, and inform design direction with real-world insights.
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual language across all project components, translating high-fidelity designs into cohesive user experiences.
• Apply and enforce UX/UI standards, design systems, patterns, and specifications to ensure product quality and usability.
• Contribute to project documentation alongside product managers and manage design delivery timelines in alignment with project milestones.
• Explore and integrate emerging AI technologies and innovative design approaches to enhance product functionality and user engagement.
• Use user and app analytics tools to measure the impact of design decisions and iterate based on data-driven feedback.
• Present design concepts and rationale clearly to cross-functional teams, advocating for user-centered solutions with strong communication skills.
• Maintain a proactive, collaborative mindset while working within a team of seven designers and engineering teams across multiple client projects.
• Continuously improve design skills through self-directed learning, staying current with trends in product development, visual design, and emerging technologies.
• Build and refine portfolios of work that demonstrate aesthetic judgment, application of UI/UX principles, and real-world product impact.
• Work within a fast-paced environment that values experimentation, ownership, and high-quality output across a portfolio of 65+ launched products.
• Engage with clients including Nasdaq Private Market, PlexTrac, Vette, and Plotify, contributing to products with combined valuations exceeding $1.7B.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience designing digital products
• A portfolio demonstrating strong visual design, aesthetics, and clear application of UI/UX principles
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills to present and advocate for design decisions
• Experience working with Figma
• Interest in visual design, user experience, and branding
• Strategic and analytical thinking combined with a collaborative team spirit
