• As a Junior Product Designer, you will be instrumental in building and refining the user experience for our flagship product, the world's largest AI girlfriend/boyfriend platform. This involves designing a wide spectrum of product surfaces, including intuitive chat interfaces, engaging live interactive features, seamless payment flows, user-friendly onboarding processes, and creative character customization tools.
• You will collaborate closely with our Product Design Lead and senior designers, taking ownership of the end-to-end design process for individual features. This mentorship will guide you from conceptualization through prototyping to the delivery of polished, user-centric products.
• Your responsibilities will include translating complex product requirements into clear, intuitive, and mobile-first interfaces that resonate with our diverse user base. You will actively contribute to the evolution and maintenance of our comprehensive design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across all product touchpoints.
• A key aspect of your role will be to leverage user insights and analyze competitive patterns to continuously improve usability, enhance user engagement, and drive key product metrics. This involves a deep understanding of user needs and market trends.
• You will work in tight-knit, cross-functional teams, collaborating daily with Product Managers, Engineers, and senior designers. This collaborative environment fosters a rapid iteration cycle, allowing you to bring ideas from concept to delivery efficiently.
• A significant part of your contribution will involve rapid prototyping and iterative testing of design concepts before full development commitment. This agile approach minimizes risk and ensures that we are building solutions that truly meet user needs.
• You will actively participate in design reviews, demonstrating the ability to clearly articulate your design rationale and effectively incorporate constructive feedback from peers and stakeholders.
• Embrace a culture of continuous improvement and experimentation. You will iterate on designs based on data analytics, A/B testing results, and stakeholder feedback, ensuring that our products are always evolving and optimizing.
• Support our fast-paced A/B testing initiatives by providing quick, impactful design iterations that help us learn and optimize user flows and conversion funnels.
• Explore and experiment with AI-assisted design workflows to enhance delivery speed and uncover novel design possibilities, staying at the forefront of design technology.
• Proactively stay ahead of emerging design trends, particularly within the AI UX space, and explore new interaction models that can elevate the user experience.
• You will tackle exciting challenges, including designing features that will be used by millions of people in a dynamic and often ambiguous problem space. This requires adaptability and a strong problem-solving mindset.
• Focus on improving critical user flows that directly impact user activation, retention, and monetization, contributing directly to the company's success.
• Learn to expertly balance the need for speed with the commitment to high-quality craft in our high-velocity product development cycles.
• Develop a unique expertise in designing for AI behaviors, dynamic content generation, and the nuances of emotional user experiences within AI companionship.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of product design experience, ideally on mobile consumer apps.
• Strong interaction design, visual design, and layout fundamentals.
• Ability to create polished UI in Figma and experience with Figma prototyping.
• Ability to present work clearly and incorporate feedback.
• Solid understanding of design principles, usability, and mobile UX patterns.
• Experience with AI-driven products (Nice-to-have).
• Experience in entertainment, social, or chat-based apps (Nice-to-have).
• Comfortable designing for NSFW content (Nice-to-have).
