- • Support the execution of product seeding and creator gifting campaigns for global consumer brands including SharkNinja, Coach, H&M, Ray-Ban, and Converse.
- • Research and identify social media creators on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube who align with client objectives, brand values, and target audiences using internal tools and external platforms.
- • Build and maintain creator shortlists by evaluating content quality, engagement metrics, and audience authenticity.
- • Manage end-to-end creator outreach via email, social platforms, and creator relationship tools, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- • Coordinate negotiations with creators regarding gifting terms, usage rights, and campaign participation requirements.
- • Oversee product shipment logistics with internal teams and third-party fulfillment partners, ensuring accurate shipping information and tracking.
- • Monitor product dispatches and resolve delivery issues to ensure creators receive gifts on time and as planned.
- • Maintain accurate, up-to-date campaign trackers for creator status, shipment progress, and deliverable deadlines.
- • Track creator content submissions and follow up to ensure timely delivery of required posts, stories, or videos.
- • Proactively identify and escalate campaign risks or delays to Campaign Managers to maintain timeline integrity.
- • Compile campaign reports using performance and engagement data from platform analytics and internal systems.
- • Update and manage campaign budgets, status documents, and administrative records for internal and client review.
- • Support post-campaign retrospectives by organizing data, documenting learnings, and preparing summary reports.
- • Collaborate closely with Campaign Managers, Creator Managers, and Client Solutions teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- • Ensure all creator communications reflect Kyra’s brand standards and foster long-term, positive relationships.
- • Work within core campaign hours (9am–6pm CEST) and maintain availability during key campaign phases.
- • Maintain organized digital records using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools.
- • Contribute to continuous improvement of seeding processes through feedback and documentation.
🎯 Requirements
- • Approximately 1–2 years' experience in influencer marketing, creator marketing, PR, social media, or digital marketing
- • Available to start immediately
- • Fluency in English is essential
- • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
