- • Join Airbnb's pioneering Community Support Products (CSP) Machine Learning team, a critical hub for driving Customer Support x Artificial Intelligence (CSxAI) initiatives.
- • This role is at the forefront of integrating cutting-edge Generative AI technologies to create intelligent, scalable, and exceptional service experiences for Airbnb's global community of hosts and guests.
- • You will be instrumental in developing and enhancing a diverse array of AI models, ML services, and sophisticated tools, including advanced LLM fine-tuning and optimization, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and search functionalities, and robust LLM evaluation and testing automation.
- • Contribute to a feedback-driven learning ecosystem and implement essential guardrails for a wide spectrum of applications within the Airbnb platform.
- • Leverage the immense richness of Airbnb's data, the intricate complexities of its marketplace, and the inherent variety of its product offerings to operate at the absolute state-of-the-art in AI practice.
