• • In this dynamic position, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers and customers to gain a deep understanding of the challenges employers face in the competitive employee benefits landscape. Your primary focus will be on designing and implementing high-quality software solutions that effectively address these problems in ways that delight our customers and align with our business objectives.
• • You will be instrumental in developing cutting-edge solutions using the latest technologies and adhering to test-driven development (TDD) practices. This involves a hands-on approach to coding, testing, and instrumenting new features and functionalities, ensuring robustness and reliability from the outset.
• • A key aspect of your role will be to strengthen and drive our engineering processes, embracing methodologies such as TDD, Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), Microservice architectures, and Vertical Slice Architectures. This commitment to modern architectural patterns and development practices will ensure scalability, maintainability, and agility.
• • You will also play a crucial role in supporting live applications, promoting proactive monitoring to identify potential issues before they impact users, ensuring rapid incident response when necessary, and driving continuous improvement across our systems.

• • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in languages such as C# and Python, utilizing modern frameworks and libraries.
• • Develop and consume RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless integration between different services and systems.
• • Implement comprehensive unit tests and integration tests to ensure code quality, reliability, and adherence to TDD principles.
• • Contribute to the design and implementation of microservices and event-driven architectures, leveraging technologies like Kafka.
• • Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and incorporating feedback into your own work.
• • Troubleshoot and debug issues in development, testing, and production environments, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.
• • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, QA, and Operations, to deliver high-quality software on schedule.
• • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, proactively identifying opportunities to apply new tools and techniques to improve our software development processes and product offerings.
• • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficient and reliable software delivery.
