  • • As a key member of the Custom and Groups division, your primary responsibility will be to serve as the central point of contact, providing exceptional, timely, and professional support to our valued travel advisors and their clients. This involves a deep understanding of their unique requirements and translating them into unforgettable travel itineraries. You will be instrumental in fostering strong relationships with a global network of tour operators, collaborating closely with them to meticulously design and refine custom and group travel itineraries that exceed expectations.

  • • Clear and consistent communication is key. You will be responsible for keeping advisors and group leaders fully informed of any itinerary or schedule updates, managing expectations and proactively addressing any potential disruptions.
