- • Own the entire agency relationship funnel for JioStar’s Cricket Digital and Long-Term Value (LTV) portfolio across South India. You will be the day-to-day face for planners and buyers at mid-tier and boutique media agencies, translating complex sports-data narratives into simple, compelling media plans that win budget share.
- • Evangelise our cricket-first digital ecosystem—live-streaming, highlight clips, interactive stats overlays, shoppable moments, and branded content pods—so that every agency contact can articulate our USPs in their own pitch decks within 30 days of meeting you.
- • Build and maintain a living, breathing CRM of 150+ agency contacts (planners, buyers, digital leads, investment heads), logging every interaction, objection, and opportunity in Salesforce; refresh the pipeline weekly and present heat-maps to senior leadership every fortnight.
- • Drive structured outreach: 25 new business conversations per month, 10 proactive cricket-calendar-led proposals per quarter, and at least 3 co-created “innovation pilots” with agencies every half-year (e.g., AR filters during IPL, fantasy-league tie-ins, or real-time polling ads).
- • Translate agency feedback into actionable product briefs for internal strategy, pricing, and ad-ops teams; champion quick-turnaround solutions such as dynamic ad-insertion, cohort-based targeting, or outcome-based guarantees that keep us ahead of YouTube and Disney+ Hotstar.
- • Partner with senior sales directors to convert warm leads into signed IOs; you will quarterback the RFP response, pricing negotiation, and post-campaign recap—ensuring renewals grow 20 % YoY and upsell at least one new product per client per season.
- • Monitor competitive spends and share-of-voice across key agency holding groups (GroupM, IPG, Omnicom, Publicis, Dentsu); surface insights on budget shifts, emerging categories (fintech, ed-tech, D2C brands) and feed them into quarterly pricing and packaging strategy.
- • Represent JioStar at industry forums, agency cricket watch-parties, and planning workshops—building a reputation as the go-to expert for cricket + digital ROI; deliver at least four thought-leadership sessions per year that generate inbound queries.
- • Maintain razor-sharp reporting: weekly win-loss analysis, monthly revenue forecasts with 90 % accuracy, and a post-mortem after every major tournament detailing what worked, what tanked, and next-step recommendations for product and pricing tweaks.
- • Champion a culture of experimentation—test new ad formats (shoppable live moments, second-screen sync), share results openly, and scale the winners across the agency network within one sales cycle.
