- • Own and exceed a multi-crore annual revenue target on Sports business (Men’s cricket) for Jiostar, directly influencing the company’s fastest-growing P&L line. You will be the single-threaded owner of a portfolio that includes marquee cricketing properties such as the ICC World Cup, IPL, and upcoming BCCI bilateral series, translating live action into sustained advertiser value.
- • Build and nurture a balanced book of business spanning large FMCG & Auto giants, mid-market brands, and high-growth digital-first startups. Convert emerging advertisers into long-term strategic partners by demonstrating measurable ROI, increasing both share-of-wallet and number of active advertisers on the platform year-on-year.
- • Run end-to-end strategic account management: from deep-dive discovery workshops with CMOs and media agency heads, to crafting bespoke content-led and ad-tech solutions, to flawless campaign execution and post-campaign Brand Lift Studies. Your rigor ensures zero underservicing and zero missed revenue opportunities.
- • Act as a consultative growth partner to founders and growth leaders in India’s startup ecosystem. Provide daily, attribution-driven solutions across digital, broadcast, and bespoke sports sponsorship assets, helping them scale from Series A to IPO with Jiostar as their primary media ally.
- • Drive comprehensive market coverage through proactive outbound prospecting, whitespace mapping, and coordinated agency engagement. Maintain a living 360° account plan for each client, detailing decision-makers, budget cycles, competitive threats, and upsell paths.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Pricing, Delivery, Ad-Ops, and Marketing to secure approvals, streamline workflows, and deliver campaigns that exceed client KPIs. Champion client feedback loops that continuously refine product offerings and pricing models.
- • Create compelling narratives that showcase the unique value of live sports on Jiostar—leverage data, fan insights, and cultural moments to position our inventory as must-buy, brand-safe, high-impact media. Package these narratives into pitch decks, case studies, and award entries.
- • Deliver sharp, data-backed post-campaign evaluation reports and Brand Lift Studies within 10 days of campaign close. Translate insights into next-quarter media strategies that drive retention, upsell, and incremental revenue growth.
- • Stay ahead of industry trends—OTT viewership patterns, addressable TV, shoppable ads, programmatic guaranteed—pilot new ad formats with willing clients and feed learnings back into product roadmaps.
- • Represent Jiostar at industry forums, client off-sites, and cricketing venues, embodying the passion and professionalism that make us the destination for sports advertising in India.
