- • As a Delivery Manager at Infinite Lambda, you will be a pivotal force behind the successful delivery of large-scale, complex programs for key clients, holding ultimate accountability for program execution and owning the entire program lifecycle to ensure tangible, measurable business value is delivered on time and within budget.
- • You will lead end-to-end delivery of multi-year programs using Agile or Waterfall methodologies, develop and maintain scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans, proactively identify risks, remove roadblocks, and provide clear communication to stakeholders including C-level executives through steering committees, reports, and presentations.
- • You will work within Infinite Lambda’s Delivery Excellence group, collaborating with Account Managers to nurture long-term client partnerships, identify growth opportunities, and foster a culture of excellence, self-organisation, and high accountability across delivery teams through coaching, mentorship, and leadership.
- • You will develop your ability to orchestrate complex programs while managing details, strengthen your stakeholder engagement and communication skills, deepen your technical understanding of data and software delivery principles, and grow as a leader who empowers teams to become more autonomous and accountable.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of experience leading complex programs, with a focus on data warehouse migration and/or AI
- • Proven background in leading and managing projects and programs from start to finish, including a minimum of 5 years as a consultant or delivering bespoke projects for external clients
- • Strong conceptual understanding of software engineering and data delivery principles (e.g., architectural patterns, tools, modern development practices) to effectively challenge, guide, and support technical leadership
- • Proficiency in a variety of program management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello)
- • Excellent leadership, communication, and people skills – able to articulate a compelling vision
- • Gravitas, credibility, and maturity to engage with C-level stakeholders
