- • Set the vision and strategy for the UK & Ireland Enterprise Territory, driving growth in hybrid cloud and cloud-native environments.
- • Manage a book of existing key FTSE 100 and 250 customers while pursuing net new logo acquisition in target enterprise accounts.
- • Drive disciplined sales execution across the full Veeam portfolio, ensuring in-quarter execution and building a predictable, forward-looking pipeline.
- • Coordinate virtual, geographically distributed teams including UK & Ireland specialists and Inside Sales and Sales Development teams based in Bucharest.
- • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with senior stakeholders across enterprise customers and partners.
- • Partner with Channel partners, Hyperscalers, and System Integrators to expand market reach and accelerate deal velocity.
- • Challenge the status quo with bold, innovative sales strategies aligned to customer business objectives and technology initiatives.
- • Establish a high-trust, high-performance sales culture focused on operational excellence and long-term customer and partner relationships.
- • Maintain a deep understanding of data resilience, AI risk, and cloud ecosystems to effectively position Veeam’s solutions in complex enterprise environments.
- • Contribute to shaping how Veeam engages customers and the market in the UK & Ireland region, supporting regional growth and market leadership.
- • Deliver sustained revenue growth and increased wallet share through strategic account planning and execution.
- • Ensure scalable, future-ready enterprise territory development aligned with global go-to-market objectives.
🎯 Requirements
- • Degree in business or technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
- • Significant sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quota and KPIs
- • Background in enterprise software, SaaS, or cloud organizations
- • Proven experience leading go-to-market strategy and execution in complex technology environments
- • Ability to inspire and coordinate virtual, distributed teams
- • Deep understanding of data resilience and cloud ecosystems
