📋 Description

• As a Software Engineer on the Developer Products team at OpenRouter Inc., you will build and maintain the external-facing tools that enable developers to integrate with OpenRouter’s AI routing and infrastructure layer, including APIs, SDKs, documentation, CLI, and agent tooling.
• Day to day, you will own and evolve the public REST API, design and improve SDKs in TypeScript and Python, ship the Agent SDK for multi-step agentic workloads, treat documentation and starter repos as products, and ensure all developer surfaces are agent-friendly.
• You’ll collaborate with DevRel, Product, and Platform teams to identify and close gaps in the developer ecosystem, working in a fast-moving, autonomous environment where your contributions directly shape the platform’s usability and adoption.
• OpenRouter is the leading AI routing layer used by top enterprises to access and optimize LLMs across providers without lock-in or unnecessary cost, powering advanced AI teams globally.
