📋 Description

• Serve as the senior technical advisor for DeepL’s full Language AI product suite—including AI translation, workflow tools, and DeepL Voice for real-time multilingual communication—across the Middle East market.
• Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise clients to map DeepL’s platform to their specific business goals, integration requirements, and workflow transformation needs.
• Design, scope, and execute proof-of-concept (POC) and proof-of-value engagements across DeepL’s API, Voice for Meetings, Voice for Conversations, and enterprise integrations, demonstrating tangible impact rather than theoretical capabilities.
• Partner directly with Account Executives throughout complex sales cycles, providing expert guidance on REST APIs, SSO frameworks (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect), Azure AD, and enterprise SaaS integration patterns.
• Deliver highly customized technical demos, presentations, and prototypes that showcase DeepL’s seamless integration into existing enterprise environments and workflows.
• Act as the primary technical liaison between enterprise customers and internal Product and Engineering teams, surfacing critical market feedback, feature requests, and implementation challenges to shape global product roadmap priorities.
• Build and maintain a library of reusable enablement assets including demo environments, technical best-practice guides, integration templates, and compliance documentation tailored to the Middle East market.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and regional Sales teams to develop localized technical narratives and positioning materials that align with regional business needs and regulatory expectations.
• Establish foundational playbooks and discovery frameworks for the newly formed Middle East Solutions Consulting practice, defining scalable processes for technical pre-sales engagement.
• Engage with IT architects, programme managers, and C-level stakeholders to simplify complex platform transformation initiatives and build trust around security, compliance, and data residency requirements.
• Maintain fluency in enterprise security and governance frameworks, confidently addressing concerns related to data localization, audit trails, access controls, and regulatory compliance with legal and IT audiences.
• Contribute to regional market strategy by identifying vertical-specific use cases, competitive differentiators, and adoption barriers unique to the Middle East enterprise landscape.
• Represent DeepL at industry events, client workshops, and partner meetings to strengthen technical credibility and expand market presence.
• Work closely with global teams to ensure regional insights are integrated into product development, documentation, and support systems.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving AI, translation, and voice technologies to effectively communicate product advancements and future capabilities to clients.

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10+ years of client-facing technical experience in Solutions Consulting, Solutions Engineering, or Pre-Sales roles, ideally within language technology, enterprise SaaS, CCaaS, or AI environments
• Proven track record of designing customer solutions, building technical credibility with prospects, and directly impacting deal closure
• Strong technical foundation in REST APIs, authentication and SSO frameworks (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, Azure AD), and common SaaS integration patterns
• Workflow transformation mindset with ability to map complex enterprise workflows and articulate before-and-after state improvements
• Experience navigating enterprise sales cycles involving IT architects, programme managers, and C-level buyers
• Fluency in English; Arabic fluency highly preferred
