Lead AI Architect - Federal

📋 Description

• • Lead AI Architect for the Federal sector at DataRobot, responsible for positioning, selling, and supporting the DataRobot platform as the gold standard for AI in enterprises, overcoming barriers to delivery in public sector environments.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include providing technical expertise for installation, configuration, upgrading, and integration of DataRobot into customer environments; deploying and operating solutions in FedRAMP Authorized, IL5, and IL6 classified environments; managing CVE remediation and patch response; supporting pre-sales activities; and serving as a liaison between Product, Engineering, and Federal business to inform product evolution and maintain Authority to Operate (ATO).
• • The Professional Services team collaborates with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to bring the DataRobot platform to clients and prospects in the public sector space, with a focus on federal government agencies.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in federal infosec requirements, Risk Management Framework, FedRAMP, and Agency authorization processes; gain hands-on experience with Kubernetes, IaC, Linux hardening, and DevSecOps in secure enclaves; and develop strategic communication skills to translate technical risks into actionable insights for technical and executive audiences.
