🎯 Requirements
- • Advanced proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems
- • 6-8 years of professional experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or related role
- • Experience designing for conversational AI agents with focus on usability KPIs and iterative improvements
- • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- • Proven ability to mentor junior designers and foster collaborative design culture
- • Strong systems thinking and ability to design for ambiguity
