• • You will be responsible for defining, building, and maintaining the core metrics that govern Rythm Health's operations, including critical indicators such as customer retention, churn rates, user activation, engagement levels, and Lifetime Value (LTV), ensuring a data-driven approach to all business facets.
• • Collaborate closely with the engineering team to architect and implement essential infrastructure and processes, including the development of a scalable data warehouse, the establishment of rigorous A/B testing frameworks, and the optimization of data collection and management systems.
