📋 Description
- • Lead Analyst, Marketing (Hybrid) at Homebase Labs Inc. in Toronto, responsible for owning how the company measures and optimizes its full acquisition engine from web visit to paying customer.
- • Design and run advanced causal measurement frameworks (geo holdout tests, synthetic control experiments) to cut through attribution noise and build trustworthy marketing measurement infrastructure at scale.
- • Partner with Marketing, Growth, RevOps, Finance, Engineering, and Data Engineering to drive data-informed decisions on spend, testing, and growth strategy.
- • Build scalable, self-serve analytics tools, dashboards, and models that enable cross-functional teams to act independently on marketing performance insights.
- • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, exec-ready narratives that influence budget allocation, headcount planning, and go-to-market strategy.
- • Champion AI-assisted workflows to automate reporting and accelerate analysis across the marketing organization.
- • Ensure tracking integrity by defining requirements for new campaigns and channels before launch, in partnership with data engineering and marketing ops.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5–8 years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or data science with measurable business impact; at least 2 years at a senior or lead level.
- • Deep hands-on experience with advanced paid media measurement techniques including geo holdout testing, synthetic control methods, and incrementality analysis.
- • Advanced SQL and proficiency with modern analytics stacks such as dbt, Databricks/Snowflake, Looker, or equivalent.
- • Proficiency in Python (or AI-assisted Python) for experiment design, causal inference, and statistical modeling.
- • Demonstrated experience with web analytics and CRO, including event tracking, funnel instrumentation, and conversion analysis using tools like GA4 or Segment.
- • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to translate complex analytical findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
