- • Take a leading role in safeguarding The Options Clearing Corporation's (OCC) critical digital assets by managing and enhancing our privileged access systems, a cornerstone of our cybersecurity strategy.
- • Provide essential 24x7 operational support for a suite of sophisticated privileged management solutions, including industry-leading platforms like CyberArk, HashiCorp Vault, and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) components such as Active Directory Certificate Services (ADCS) and Hardware Security Modules (HSMs).
- • This support encompasses a wide range of critical tasks, from implementing urgent hot fixes and resolving complex bugs to performing intricate break-fixes and ensuring the seamless lifecycle management of secrets.
- • You will be instrumental in delivering end-user support, ensuring that our internal teams can securely and efficiently access the resources they need.
- • Maintain the highest standards of operational integrity for our privileged access management infrastructure throughout its entire lifecycle, which includes proactive patching, rigorous version control, timely system upgrades, and ensuring strict alignment with OCC and overarching Security standards.
- • Serve as the organizational subject matter expert (SME) for secrets management and privileged access management architecture, driving the adoption and enforcement of 'security as code' principles across the entire environment.
- • Proactively develop and implement system enhancements designed to elevate the platform user experience and streamline automated integrations, contributing to a more efficient and secure operational workflow.
- • Architect and design long-term, innovative solutions to address persistent operational challenges, leveraging cutting-edge technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), to accelerate the detection and remediation of both functional and technical issues.
- • Contribute to the strategic direction of security architecture, ensuring that our systems are robust, scalable, and resilient against evolving cyber threats.
- • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT operations, development, and other security disciplines, to integrate security best practices into all aspects of the organization's technology landscape.
- • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and methodologies to enhance our privileged access management capabilities and overall security posture.
- • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and procedures related to privileged access management.
- • Participate in security incident response activities as needed, providing specialized expertise in privileged access and secrets management.
- • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and security excellence within the team.
- • Stay abreast of the latest trends, threats, and best practices in cybersecurity, with a particular focus on privileged access management, secrets management, and AI in security.
