📋 Description
- • As a Lead BI Developer at Launch Potato, you will deliver actionable business intelligence and strategic insights that drive revenue and margin growth across the company’s digital properties, including FinanceBuzz, All About Cookies, and OnlyInYourState, connecting consumers with leading brands through data-driven content and technology.
- • Day to day, you will clean, standardize, and document stakeholder-facing dashboards in Looker, identify and resolve reporting inconsistencies, partner with FP&A and product teams to align financial and operational data, deliver monthly ad hoc strategic analyses with recommendations, and lead improvements to core Looker Explores for scalable self-service.
- • Launch Potato is a profitable digital media company with a remote-first team spanning over 15 countries, headquartered in South Florida, reaching over 30M+ monthly visitors through its portfolio of brands, built on a high-growth, high-performance culture where speed, ownership, and measurable impact drive success.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in BI and analytics within digital media, strengthen your ability to tie data insights to business outcomes, enhance cross-functional collaboration with finance, product, and media teams, and lead initiatives that improve data integrity and self-service capabilities across the organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in BI, analytics, or marketing/data science roles with digital marketing exposure
- • Experience in digital media or performance marketing industries
- • Advanced SQL and Looker proficiency
- • Strong business acumen and cross-functional communication skills
- • Minimum of 5 years in business intelligence or analytics in digital media or performance marketing
