- • Founded in 2017 and fueled by over $180 million in funding, Immersive Labs has rapidly ascended from its humble beginnings to become a global force in the cybersecurity industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Channel Sales Manager to spearhead key sales functions and drive growth objectives within our partner ecosystem, including resellers and distributors across North America.
- • This pivotal role demands a candidate who is exceptionally results-oriented, deeply customer-focused, technologically adept, and innovative in fostering both internal cross-functional relationships and external strategic partnerships. You will approach the market with unwavering passion and a strategic vision for channel growth.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to proactively engage with our channel partners, identifying and cultivating new partner-led business opportunities to expand our market reach and revenue. This is a fully remote position, supporting our entire North America market. We are open to considering exceptional candidates located anywhere within the continental United States.
- • Key responsibilities include:
- • Identifying and nurturing robust relationships with our most critical existing channel partners to optimize and amplify our North America sales efforts.
- • Contributing strategically to the company's overall Channel and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy within the North American region.
- • Collaborating closely with our direct Enterprise Sales team and technical enablement teams to collaboratively build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
- • Developing and managing the day-to-day operational relationships between our valued partners and the Immersive Labs organization, ensuring seamless collaboration and mutual success.
- • Driving rigorous yearly, quarterly, and monthly business planning sessions with partners, meticulously tracking progress and ensuring the achievement or exceeding of sales quotas.
- • Articulating compelling value propositions and delivering key messaging effectively to diverse partner communities, ensuring a clear understanding of our offerings and their benefits.
- • Continuously learning and maintaining in-depth knowledge of Immersive Labs' products, alongside a comprehensive understanding of competitive products, pricing strategies, and their respective market positioning relative to our partners.
- • Communicating new product launches, promotional campaigns, and strategic initiatives to partners to maximize adoption and sales.
- • Creating and executing engaging partner events, both virtual and in-person, to foster stronger relationships, drive engagement, and generate new business opportunities.
- • Maintaining and presenting accurate and timely weekly pipeline forecasts, providing clear visibility into sales performance and future opportunities.
- • This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in channel sales, ideally within a dynamic startup environment, possessing a deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and a passion for building and scaling partner ecosystems. You will be instrumental in driving the next phase of Immersive Labs' growth in North America.
