- • Lead Complex Desk Adjuster responsible for investigating and maintaining highly complex property/casualty claims including commercial general liability, bodily injury, and property damage across all 50 states, determining liability, securing information, reviewing coverages, arranging appraisals, and settling claims with the highest degree of competency and independence.
- • Day-to-day activities include investigating claim origins and causes by contacting insureds, claimants, agents, attorneys, contractors, experts, and special investigation units; participating in High Damage Reviews; handling third-party claims under multiple policy types; evaluating damages; negotiating settlements; responding to customer inquiries; interpreting policies and coverages; mentoring less experienced adjusters; and making independent decisions while knowing when to seek assistance.

🎯 Requirements
- • Demonstrated experience handling third-party, multi-line claims across multiple states
- • Proven ability to efficiently and effectively manage complex property/casualty claims
- • Extensive knowledge of insurance policies, endorsements, and coverages, particularly commercial general liability
- • Must reside near one of the specified locations: Madison, WI; Boston, MA; Denver, CO; Hopkins, MN; Keene, NH; St. Joseph, MO; or Phoenix, AZ metro areas
- • Ability to obtain state-specific claims licensing as required
- • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time
