- • As a Lead Consultant in Data & AI Engineering at Ensono, you will play a pivotal leadership role in guiding agile delivery teams through the full data and analytics lifecycle on complex, cloud-based projects that drive tangible business outcomes for clients.
- • Day to day, you will lead technical teams in designing and architecting scalable data platforms—including data lakes, ingestion pipelines, and distributed processing systems—using technologies like Apache Spark, Databricks, Google BigQuery, and cloud-native services across AWS, Azure, and GCP, while ensuring solutions support advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI-driven intelligent data products.
- • You will collaborate closely with senior client stakeholders, translating technical decisions into business value, influencing architectural direction, and ensuring data governance and quality are embedded to enable trustworthy AI and ML initiatives.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience leading end-to-end data engineering lifecycles on large, complex, and scalable data platforms, including designing data lakes, ingestion pipelines, and distributed processing systems.
- • Hands-on expertise in architecting scalable data solutions using cloud-based services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and technologies such as Apache Spark (particularly Databricks), Google BigQuery, or similar platforms.
- • Strong ability to design data platforms that support advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI-driven solutions, with understanding of appropriate data architecture and governance for ML/AI workloads.
- • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including presenting to stakeholders, partnering with technical and business leaders, and fostering inclusive team environments where diverse opinions are valued.
- • Demonstrated experience in implementing large-scale batch, micro-batch, and streaming data ingestion pipelines and making sound technical decisions that align with client business outcomes.
