📋 Description
- • Lead Data Analyst role at GoodRx, Inc., a leading prescription savings platform trusted by over 25 million consumers and 750,000 healthcare professionals annually, helping Americans save nearly $75 billion on prescriptions since 2011.
- • Partner with cross-functional teams to define KPIs, develop performance metrics, and ensure data availability for new product launches; collaborate with data engineering to design behavior tracking and data models; lead proactive analyses to identify trends, diagnose root causes, and surface strategic opportunities.
- • Build and maintain dashboards for technical and non-technical stakeholders; write production-quality SQL and Python to create data assets; drive adoption of AI-enabled analytics to scale insights across the organization.

🎯 Requirements
- • 6-8+ years of experience writing complex SQL, including the ability to write production-quality code with little oversight
- • Strong experience in advanced analytics in Python, covering data wrangling, time series forecasting, and counterfactual analysis (e.g. difference-in-difference modeling, causal impact)
- • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
- • Experience with DBT or ETL environments
- • Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to identify patterns, synthesize insights, and drive business decisions in complex and ambiguous environments
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions across technical and non-technical audiences
