- • Lead Designer for a 2-month fixed-term contract at MOO Inc., a design-led technology and manufacturing business in the global print and branded merchandise market, known for premium products, strong ESG credentials, and award-winning brand excellence.
- • The role involves leading creative direction and execution across channels, ensuring craft excellence and high-quality post-production for all creative deliverables, working closely with the in-house creative team of 22 designers, writers, photographers, filmmakers, and artworkers based in London.
- • MOO’s in-house creative team shapes the brand voice across every channel, with the Artwork team overseeing craft excellence and post-production, building and maintaining systems that deliver finesse and consistency in all creative output.
- • As Lead Designer, you will contribute to MOO’s reputation as a leader in the premium print and branded merchandise space, helping maintain exceptional customer satisfaction and brand love through high-impact, design-driven work that aligns with the company’s innovative and customer-centric ethos.
- • You will have the opportunity to influence and elevate MOO’s visual identity during a critical period, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, design-focused environment that values creativity, technical precision, and brand integrity.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Lead Designer or Senior Designer in a creative, brand-focused, or marketing environment.
- • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design, typography, layout, and brand consistency across digital and print channels.
- • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- • Ability to lead and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team of designers, writers, photographers, and artworkers.
- • Experience managing creative workflows, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to brand guidelines under tight deadlines.
- • Familiarity with print production processes and artwork preparation for manufacturing is a plus.
