- • Lead DevOps Engineer role focused on automating and standardizing infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment across Vantage Data Centers’ hybrid cloud environment using IaC tools like Ansible, Terraform, and Puppet.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include authoring and maintaining Puppet roles and profiles, creating runbooks and scripts to reduce manual labor, collaborating with IT teams to improve workflows through automation, and advising on cloud adoption and governance.
- • The IT Department at Vantage Data Centers drives innovation and efficiency by designing, building, and maintaining critical networking and server infrastructure, collaborating with technology partners, and implementing IT standards to support automation journeys across the organization.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in cloud-native design, infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, and hybrid cloud operations while influencing enterprise-wide automation practices and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor of Science degree in computer science, software development, information technology or equivalent experience
- • 7 years of hands-on experience as a DevOps, Cloud, or Platform engineer (8–12 years preferred)
- • Strong hands-on experience developing and administering tools such as Puppet, Ansible, Chef, Terraform
- • Consistent track record of building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI
- • Intermediate to advanced understanding of programming and scripting languages: Ruby, Java, Python, Bash, .NET, and PowerShell
- • Advanced understanding of Terraform and ARM, Azure networking, storage, compute, and serverless
