This opportunity is for a driven individual to target, nurture, and expand relationships with our highest-priority Federal System Integrators (FSIs) and Civilian agencies. Your primary objective will be to demonstrate the profound value of Immersive Labs' offering to these critical organizations.
  • • You will engage with security and technology leaders within these entities, addressing their most pressing challenge: the pervasive cyber skills gap that hinders their overall cyber readiness. This role is not a solo endeavor; you will be empowered with the full support of our marketing, pre-sales, channel sales, and customer success teams to achieve your ambitious goals. To effectively support our Federal sales team, candidates should ideally be located within the DC Metro area, Virginia, or Maryland.
  • • In this win-and-retain role, you will be instrumental in securing new business with major FSI customers and Civilian agencies. Beyond initial acquisition, your responsibilities will extend to growing Immersive Labs' footprint within these key accounts. This involves strategically identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for expansion and deeper integration of our platform.
  • • You will proactively leverage marketing-generated leads, collaborate closely with technical resources, and forge strong alliances with channel partners to drive success. A significant aspect of your role will involve representing Immersive Labs at relevant industry events, where you will educate the market on the transformative value of our cybersecurity solutions and thought leadership.
  • • Cultivating a seamless and collaborative partnership with our Customer Success team is paramount. Their insights and engagement will be essential in identifying and pursuing upsell opportunities within your key accounts, ensuring long-term customer value and retention.
  • • A core element of this position is embodying the Immersive Labs values and culture in all your interactions with prospect companies. Your professional conduct and demonstration of our ethos will be as crucial as the technical merits of our platform in building trust and fostering strong relationships.
  • • You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive account plans, utilizing all available resources efficiently. This includes coordinating efforts with Channel Partners, Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Pre-sales Engineers, and Professional Services teams to ensure a cohesive and effective go-to-market strategy.
  • • The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the challenges faced by senior cybersecurity leaders daily, including CISOs, VPs of Cyber, and Senior SOC leaders. This empathy and knowledge will enable you to effectively communicate how Immersive Labs addresses their critical pain points and contributes to their mission objectives.
  • • You will lead complex sales cycles, skillfully educating clients on the true value and strategic advantages of adopting a novel cybersecurity solution like Immersive Labs. Your ability to articulate a clear return on investment and a tangible improvement in cyber resilience will be key to your success.
