📋 Description

• Lead the enterprise capability for technology financial management by integrating Technology Business Management (TBM) and FinOps to drive cost transparency, infrastructure productivity, and cloud financial performance.
• Translate cost and consumption insights into actionable strategies, including asset utilization improvements, service rationalization, automation, and demand management, ensuring accountability for efficiency and optimization.
• Establish and operate enterprise cost transparency frameworks using Apptio platforms to deliver consistent, trusted views of service economics, unit costs, and consumption drivers across compute, storage, network, hosting, and end-user services.
• Define and lead the enterprise FinOps operating model, overseeing cloud cost allocation, forecasting, rightsizing, optimization, and consumption management while advancing FinOps maturity across the organization.
• Partner with infrastructure, engineering, and operations teams to convert financial insights into concrete actions that improve capacity efficiency, service performance, and cost outcomes year over year.
• Establish governance structures, financial controls, and KPIs that reinforce transparency, accuracy, and accountability, ensuring technology services are managed as products with clear cost, performance, and value outcomes.
• Provide leadership in developing technical and architectural staff, advise executives on functional strategies, and exercise independent judgment on complex issues with minimal supervision.
• Drive measurable improvements in technology financial management by closing the gap between insight and action through scenario modeling, performance reporting, and investment trade-off analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience leading continuous improvement efforts, evaluating existing systems, and implementing process and optimization improvements.
• 5+ years of experience in IT Financial Management, including analyzing and reporting budget vs. actuals, developing unit costing, and cost allocations to towers, applications, and business services.
• Experience with Bill of IT to Business and IT benchmarking costs/services versus peers and/or industry trends.
• Ability to connect technology investments to measurable business value or run-rate efficiency improvements.
• Advanced experience producing financial analysis, metrics, measurements, and trend reports.
• Ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations to senior leaders.
