- • Manage the International Plan/Re-forecast cycle, including Outlook and Month/Quarter Close variance analysis for all international teams outside the U.S., the U.S.-based International Finance team, and the U.S.-based Lifestyle FP&A function.
- • Analyze full P&L variances by comparing actual results against prior year, YTD, prior quarter, prior forecast, plan, and outlook, and summarize key variance explanations.
- • Ensure all journal entries are accurately mapped to the correct country, line of business (LOB), client, and P&L account for international operations.
- • Coordinate and analyze the end-to-end financial planning and forecasting cycle across international regions.
- • Validate and ensure robustness of client and expense forecasts, with clear understanding and documentation of variances.
- • Serve as a business partner to in-country FP&A teams to align financial planning with regional business objectives.
- • Produce in-depth, value-adding financial analysis for Lifestyle FP&A stakeholders and CFOs to support strategic decision-making.
- • Gather financial insights by collaborating with U.S.-based leaders in Actuary, IT, and Corporate functions.
- • Identify, develop, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and variance drivers across international operations.
- • Understand and monitor key risks and opportunities (R&O’s) and emerging business issues impacting international financial performance.
- • Support ad hoc financial requests related to earnings calls and executive reporting.
- • Maintain the International Trend Report by downloading data from EPA, regularly updating country-level P&L trends, performing variance comparisons, and calculating foreign exchange impacts.
- • Track, review, and validate expense allocations to and from international countries, assisting regional teams with allocation-related inquiries.
- • Maintain and validate the global roster of role employees to ensure accurate country and LOB expense allocations.

- • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analytics and forecasting
- • Advanced Excel skills
