📋 Description

• Lead Front-End Engineer (UI/UX) at StackBlitz, Inc., a remote-first company pioneering the future of software development through Bolt.new and WebContainers, enabling instant, browser-based full-stack app creation.
• Own frontend architecture, write production code regularly, review all UI pull requests, drive technical initiatives, manage technical debt, and coordinate cross-team decisions while leading a high-performing UI engineering team.
• Part of a globally distributed, passionate team of engineers, designers, and innovators building AI-powered tools that lower barriers to software creation and accelerate developer workflows for over a million monthly users.
• Develop leadership skills in performance reviews, career development, hiring, and team culture-building while deepening expertise in React, TypeScript, AI-assisted development, and modern frontend systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of frontend development experience with 3+ years in technical leadership roles
• Expert proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend architecture including state management and performance optimization
• Strong HTML and CSS skills with experience in Tailwind CSS and building pixel-perfect interfaces from Figma/Sketch designs
• Proven ability to make architectural decisions that balance development speed with long-term maintainability and code quality
• Daily user of AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, Claude) with experience building AI-integrated applications and interfaces
