As a key player in our Business Development and Account Management efforts, you will be instrumental in generating qualified sales meetings through meticulous research, diligent CRM data management, and personalized outbound outreach.
- • This is a hands-on execution role where accuracy, speed, and clear written communication are paramount. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our HubSpot data, ensuring it is clean, accurate, and up-to-date, and efficiently routing promising opportunities to the relevant internal teams. Your work will directly impact our client's ability to grow their business by connecting them with high-quality professional and executive talent across the U.S.
- • Your core responsibilities will encompass several critical areas:
- • **Research & List Building:** You will dive deep into identifying our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and pinpointing target U.S. companies that align with our client's services. This involves identifying key decision-makers and influencers within these organizations, such as hiring managers, HR talent leaders, department heads, and executives. You'll also actively monitor high-intent signals, including active job postings, recent funding rounds, and office expansion announcements, to identify timely outreach opportunities. Based on this research, you will meticulously build segmented outreach lists, ensuring they are accurately tagged by industry, geography, role type, and other relevant attributes to facilitate targeted campaigns.
- • **HubSpot Data Creation & CRM Hygiene:** A significant part of your role will involve collecting and verifying contact data using our suite of approved Chrome extensions and tools. You will be responsible for accurately adding and formatting new contacts within HubSpot, rigorously ensuring there are no duplicate entries. Furthermore, you will enrich existing records using our established workflows and approved tools, including leveraging resources like the U.S. Phone Book when applicable. Maintaining the cleanliness and accuracy of our CRM data is crucial; you will achieve this through consistent tagging, proactive deduplication, and diligent field cleanup. You will also create and manage saved views and filters within HubSpot to support efficient follow-up activities and maintain clear pipeline visibility for the sales teams.
- • **Outreach Messaging & Campaign Support:** You will conduct targeted research on potential leads to craft personalized email and LinkedIn outreach messages tailored for U.S. stakeholders. Your ability to customize approved templates and sequences will be key to ensuring that every message feels specific, human, and relevant to the recipient. You will actively support outbound campaigns for our recruiting services and candidate marketing initiatives, and you may be asked to assist with basic outreach testing to optimize our strategies.
- • **Lead Re-Discovery & Reactivation:** You will regularly review existing leads within HubSpot to identify opportunities for re-engagement and reactivation. This involves surfacing leads based on new hiring signals or prior interactions that may indicate a renewed interest. You will assign tasks to Account Managers to ensure timely follow-up with these re-engaged leads. Additionally, you will manage leads that have not responded or have expressed negative interest, queuing them for re-sequencing as directed to maintain consistent engagement.
- • **Reply Management & Internal Coordination:** During your assigned coverage hours, you will diligently monitor inbound replies to our outreach efforts. You will be responsible for routing these replies to the appropriate internal stakeholder in near real-time, ensuring prompt and efficient communication. Accurately labeling the outcomes of these replies using our defined categories is essential for tracking and analysis. All replies, notes, and subsequent actions will be meticulously logged within HubSpot.
- • **Booking Preparation & Meeting Support:** For qualified leads that result in scheduled sales calls, you will prepare concise pre-meeting summaries. These summaries will provide the Account Manager with essential company context, details about the stakeholders involved, the specific outreach triggers that led to the meeting, any prior communication notes, and suggested talking points to ensure a productive conversation.
- • Success in this role will be measured by the consistent creation of accurate, duplicate-free HubSpot records with complete key fields, the generation of replies and sales meetings through high-quality outreach, and the fast, reliable routing of inbound communications. Ultimately, your contributions will lead to clean, trusted pipelines that our Account Managers can effectively leverage to drive new business.
