  • • Lead Generation Strategy and Operations at ElevenLabs is a pivotal role focused on scaling go-to-market operations by building and maintaining technical systems, automations, and dashboards that empower sales, data, and product teams to execute with precision—directly impacting revenue growth and operational efficiency in a high-velocity AI company.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and managing end-to-end process automations, collaborating with Marketing, Events, and Partner teams on revenue-generating initiatives, serving as a strategic advisor to leadership with data-driven insights, developing and testing new workflows to improve key levers, overseeing analytics and performance reporting across pre-sales functions, and leading the design and management of KPIs, dashboards, and reports to measure and enhance team performance.

  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in revenue operations within a high-growth AI environment, sharpen your technical and analytical skills in SQL and BI tools, gain end-to-end ownership of GTM systems and processes, and grow as a strategic partner influencing cross-functional decision-making—positioning you for leadership in tech operations, data strategy, or GTM innovation.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4+ years of Revenue Operations experience at high-growth technology companies
  • • Proven expertise in SQL and data visualization using BI tools such as Sigma
  • • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement end-to-end solutions from data collection and analysis to execution
