- • Lead Infrastructure Architect – Server Technologies role at CNO Financial Group, Inc., responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-wide strategies for Windows Server, Linux, Azure IaaS, and Entra technologies.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing infrastructure roadmaps, collaborating with implementation teams to ensure architectural compliance, documenting designs, and advising cross-functional teams on technical solutions.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Technology, or related field, or 8 years of equivalent experience.
- • Minimum 10 years of experience designing and implementing infrastructure solutions and leading enterprise technology strategy.
- • Proven experience as a Sr./Lead Architect managing complex server environments including Windows Server, RedHat Enterprise Linux, Azure AD, and on-premises Active Directory in multi-forest/multi-domain setups.
