• • A significant part of your contribution will involve building sophisticated frameworks for collecting and deeply analyzing Lightning data. This data-driven approach will be crucial for identifying areas of improvement, optimizing performance, and driving innovation in our solutions.
• • You will leverage your expertise in designing, building, scaling, and maintaining complex API services and distributed systems. Experience with technologies such as GraphQL, REST, Thrift, Manhattan, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Memcached is essential for success in this area.
• • Collaboration with engineering and product leadership is key. You will actively contribute to driving technical strategy and roadmaps by identifying critical problems, ideating innovative solutions, and formulating clear milestones and delivery dates.
• • Your leadership will extend to mentoring junior engineers, providing specific, actionable feedback through ad-hoc discussions and formal reviews, conducting thorough code reviews on platforms like GitHub and Phabricator, reviewing design documents, and assisting in project breakdown and task management.
• • You will be responsible for developing novel engineering solutions using a variety of modern programming languages, with a strong emphasis on Go and Rust, alongside Python, Scala, Java, and Kotlin.
