- • Lead the design and operationalization of Next Best Action (NBA) frameworks using behavioral, transactional, and contextual data to drive personalized customer engagement across channels.
- • Implement and scale Adobe Journey Optimization (AJO) for real-time and batch-driven customer journeys, ensuring enterprise-wide adoption through reusable journey patterns, templates, and decision nodes.
- • Architect seamless integrations between Adobe Journey Optimization, Adobe Experience Platform, and downstream activation channels including email, push, and web.
- • Develop and govern dynamic content strategies across digital touchpoints, designing modular content frameworks that enable personalization at scale.
- • Partner with creative and content teams to align content production with personalization requirements and ensure efficient workflow execution.
- • Establish best practices for scaling journey orchestration and content management, including standardization and governance across campaigns and assets.
- • Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, measurement, and iterative improvements based on performance data.
- • Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to define data requirements for NBA, ensuring data ingestion, availability, and quality for decisioning systems.
- • Leverage AI/ML capabilities to enhance decisioning accuracy and personalization effectiveness within customer journeys.
- • Serve as the primary liaison between marketing, IT, data, and vendor teams to align technical execution with business objectives.
- • Mentor teams on Adobe Journey Optimization capabilities, promoting adoption and proficiency across departments.
- • Provide expert guidance on customer journey orchestration and personalization trends to inform strategic roadmap decisions.
- • Ensure compliance with enterprise-wide technical and operational standards for customer engagement systems.
- • Support occasional travel to Humana offices for training sessions, stakeholder meetings, or team alignment events.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience in marketing technology, CRM, or customer engagement platforms
- • Hands-on expertise with Adobe Journey Optimization and Adobe Experience Platform
- • Experience designing and implementing Next Best Action frameworks
- • Experience developing dynamic content and personalization strategies across digital channels
- • Familiarity with APIs, data integration, and customer data platforms
- • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager and/or digital asset management systems and content metadata
