- • As a Lead Paralegal at Finch Legal, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless progression of personal injury cases from client sign-up through to successful resolution. This role is central to our mission of providing accessible justice, demanding a unique blend of legal acumen, exceptional client service, and proactive operational management. You will be the primary point of contact, fostering strong relationships with both our law firm partners and their injured clients. Your responsibilities will extend to coordinating closely with the broader Legal Operations team, ensuring every case moves forward with maximum efficiency while upholding the highest standards of client experience.
- • A key aspect of your role will be to maintain constant, proactive communication. This means providing clients with regular, transparent updates on their treatment progress and the overall lifecycle of their case. You will also be responsible for delivering detailed, insightful case status reports and updates to the attorneys and firms we partner with, ensuring they are always fully informed and equipped with the necessary information. Your ability to anticipate potential roadblocks and proactively address them before they impact case outcomes will be critical to your success and the success of our clients.
- • You will collaborate extensively with a dedicated team of case managers, intake specialists, and demand reviewers. This cross-functional teamwork is essential for orchestrating the complex steps involved in each case, identifying and resolving any delays or emerging issues swiftly. Your efforts will directly contribute to maintaining case velocity and achieving favorable resolutions for our clients. 🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 10 years of paralegal experience, with a strong preference for experience in personal injury or high-volume plaintiff litigation.
