Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Lead Platform Engineer responsible for owning a portion of technical scope on a workstream, architecting solutions, and leading a small team of engineers to deliver against it under guidance of an account lead or architect.
- • Day-to-day activities include architecting platform solutions, building and managing CI/CD pipelines end-to-end, writing and maintaining infrastructure as code (Terraform or CloudFormation), deploying cloud-native environments (Kubernetes, managed containers), implementing observability (metrics, logging, tracing, alerting), building developer platform tooling and self-service infrastructure, integrating AI tooling into workflows, making architecture decisions, identifying technical risk, generating ideas through POCs, leading and mentoring a small team via code review, pairing, and 1:1s, and serving as technical point of contact for stakeholders.
- • Liatrio enables large enterprises to break free from legacy systems and drive AI transformation by designing secure, scalable, agentic AI-native platforms; the company uses tools like Claude, Cursor, and Codex daily to accelerate delivery and improve outcomes.
- • In this role, you will deepen expertise in platform engineering, AI integration, and technical leadership while driving measurable impact on client modernization efforts, advancing your ability to architect scalable systems, mentor engineers, and shape AI-enabled delivery practices in enterprise environments.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of hands-on Platform engineering experience with demonstrated technical leadership
- • Ability to own CI/CD pipeline end-to-end — designing strategy, building, and evolving it with client maturity
- • Experience writing and managing production IaC at scale — Terraform or CloudFormation — including module design, remote state, and drift management
- • Proven ability to build and deploy cloud-native platform environments (Kubernetes, managed containers) in production and enable teams to operate workloads confidently
- • Experience implementing meaningful observability — metrics, logging, tracing, alerting — that provides actionable insights
- • Background building platform tooling, developer infrastructure, or automation that reduces manual ops and increases team velocity
- • Proficiency across at least one major cloud provider with ability to adapt quickly to others
- • Experience integrating AI capabilities into workflows — such as AI-assisted troubleshooting or intelligent automation — and using AI coding tools (Claude, Cursor, Windsurf) daily
- • Must be authorized to work in the United States or Canada without sponsorship
🏖️ Benefits
- • Base salary range of $140,000–$170,000 plus 10% annual bonus
- • Full benefits including unlimited PTO
- • Funded HSA option
- • 401k match
- • Monthly LiveWell stipend
- • Quarterly company bonus (equivalent to 10% annually)
