• • Lead Producer - Tactical Shooter (Unreal 5) is a pivotal role responsible for driving the development of a high-stakes tactical shooter game using Unreal Engine 5, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with creative vision while managing cross-functional teams across disciplines.
• • Day to day, the Lead Producer will own the project schedule, coordinate sprint planning and milestone tracking, facilitate communication between art, design, engineering, and QA teams, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure adherence to studio processes and quality standards.
• • Blackbird Interactive is a remote-first, independent game studio based in Vancouver, BC, known for crafting innovative and immersive experiences across multiple genres, including work on established IPs and original creations, with a focus on talent growth and long-term career development.
• • In this role, the Lead Producer will develop advanced skills in agile game production, stakeholder management, and technical oversight of Unreal Engine 5 pipelines, while gaining leadership experience in guiding a complex tactical shooter project from concept through launch.
