- • As a Lead Product Analyst at Instrumentl, you will drive data-informed product decisions that directly impact how nonprofits discover, track, and win grant funding, helping advance mission-critical work across the social sector.
- • Day to day, you will analyze user behavior and product performance using SQL, BI tools, and experimentation frameworks; partner with product, engineering, and design teams to define metrics, run A/B tests, and uncover insights that shape roadmap priorities; build and maintain dashboards that track key product health indicators; and communicate findings to stakeholders to influence strategy and improve user outcomes.
- • You’ll join a profitable, YC-backed, hypergrowth SaaS company serving over 5,500 nonprofits—including major institutions like the San Diego Zoo and University of Alaska—that have collectively moved over $1 billion in grant funding through our platform, with strong product-market fit (NPS 65+, Ellis PMF 60+) and doubling year-over-year growth.
- • In this role, you’ll deepen your expertise in product analytics, experimentation, and SaaS metrics while having a tangible impact on tools that empower mission-driven organizations; you’ll grow as a strategic partner in product development and gain end-to-end visibility into how data drives innovation in a mission-focused tech environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in product analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis
- • Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, or Mode)
- • Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and experiments
- • Strong communication skills with ability to translate data insights into actionable product recommendations
- • Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and design teams
- • Familiarity with SaaS metrics and product-led growth principles
