- • Collaborate directly with engineering and product teams to prototype, test, and ship innovative experiences that redefine creative and developer workflows in AI.
- • Champion a first-principles, high-velocity design culture rooted in conviction, product impact, and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in multimodal AI.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience shipping products that users love, with a portfolio demonstrating impact in both consumer-facing and developer-focused design.
- • Deep understanding of video and multimodal content, with ability to design intuitive interactions for AI-generated, non-deterministic outputs.
- • Experience working on AI products or a strong obsession with solving design challenges in emerging, undefined interaction paradigms.
- • Ability to move quickly, prototype relentlessly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where speed and conviction are valued over process.
- • Strong visual and interaction design taste, with the confidence to assert opinions and the humility to iterate based on real-world feedback.
