- • As a Lead Product Designer for AI & Agentic Workflows at Tactivos Inc., you will define how intelligent systems and humans collaborate in real time on a shared visual canvas, shaping the future of AI-native collaboration by designing behaviors, orchestration, and interaction models where agents think, act, and adapt to team needs—not just bolting on AI features but creating seamless, transparent, and autonomous systems that enhance human work.
- • You will use code as a primary design tool to prototype agentic workflows with AI-native tools and 'vibe coding,' define how agents behave, communicate, and take action across workflow moments, and partner with engineering to evolve prototypes into scalable implementations while creating interaction models for human and multi-agent collaboration, including orchestration, handoffs, and shared context.
- • You will contribute to a culture of design excellence by mentoring peers in visual craft and systems design, leading how the team thinks about AI as behavioral systems rather than features, and partnering with design systems, research, and engineering to elevate quality and create unified experiences that champion accessibility, internationalization, and emotional engagement.
- • You will reframe problems across product areas, lead workshops and design sprints to drive strategic alignment, collaborate with product, research, and data partners to define success metrics, and advocate for design’s role in shaping product vision through storytelling and exploration that clarifies opportunity spaces in ambiguous, emerging AI capabilities.
- • You will translate complex system behaviors into clear, usable experiences by balancing visibility, control, and autonomy, using Figma and other tools to refine and communicate design artifacts as living systems, while contributing to a culture where design thinking starts with code and interaction, not just visuals, and where patterns are co-created in undefined spaces.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of product design experience with a focus on complex, desktop consumer or enterprise applications
- • Proven ability to contribute to high-quality design systems and product experiences at scale
- • Exceptional craft in visual clarity, spacing, motion, and interaction polish
- • Strong systems thinking: understands how design decisions cascade across flows, surfaces, and user journeys
- • Experience designing for both enterprise and consumer audiences, balancing complexity with clarity
- • Deep empathy for diverse, global users and experience designing for accessibility, personalization, and inclusivity
