• • Lead Product Designer for the Bluebook Platform at College Board, driving design strategy and execution for scalable digital experiences in education assessment systems that support institutions at scale.
• • Day to day responsibilities include leading product discovery using design thinking, conducting user research, facilitating workshops, synthesizing insights, influencing roadmap decisions, overseeing design execution from concept to production-ready artifacts, ensuring design system consistency, advocating for accessibility and inclusive design, mentoring junior designers, contributing to design culture growth, and collaborating across product, engineering, data, and operations teams.
• • The Scoring and Reporting Platform team builds shared capabilities for assessment-related systems used by institutions, focusing on accuracy, consistency, and trust in high-stakes environments through continuous learning, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
