- • Lead Product Designer responsible for driving design outcomes across Circle’s currency, treasury, and payments solutions, ensuring intuitive and scalable experiences for global users.
- • Own end-to-end design for complex product areas, partnering with Product and Engineering to define, scope, and deliver high-impact solutions aligned with business goals and user needs.
- • Contribute to a cohesive design vision across Circle’s platform, including USDC, Circle Payments Network, and Arc, by applying systems thinking and influencing product direction.
- • Work within a values-driven, remote-first culture at Circle, a leading internet financial platform building open, global economic infrastructure through blockchain and digital assets.
- • Develop deep customer insights in the evolving crypto and blockchain landscape, using qualitative and quantitative research to inform design decisions and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- • Drive design processes, systems, and best practices as the team scales, identifying patterns across product areas to create scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.
- • Collaborate in a flexible, stakeholder-minded environment where innovation is encouraged and integrity, excellence, and future-forward thinking are core to success.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience in UX or product design with proven ownership of end-to-end product design.
- • Demonstrated track record of delivering complex, high-impact product experiences.
- • Strong systems thinking and ability to design across interconnected product areas.
- • Experience partnering closely with Product and Engineering to shape product direction.
- • Ability to use research and data to inform decisions and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- • Experience designing complex workflows, service design systems, or enterprise-grade products.
