📋 Description
- • Lead Product Designer (Fintech) at Deel, Inc. – a hands-on design leadership role shaping the global payroll and HR platform used by hundreds of thousands of businesses and millions of workers worldwide.
- • Partner with PDE Directors to define the future vision of Client and Worker experiences on Web and Mobile, challenging existing paradigms and rethinking user journeys.
- • Operate in ‘hands-on’ mode: work directly with designers on active B2B and B2C projects to tighten UX, solve complexity, and raise quality in real time.
- • Lead and develop a small design team through collaboration, setting high standards, creating clarity, and putting team growth first.

🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years in Product Design, with 3+ years at a senior IC level (Lead/Staff)
- • At least 2+ years of experience managing designers
- • Proven experience designing AI-assisted or AI-powered product experiences, or using AI tools in design workflow
- • Strong background in fast-moving product companies (scale-ups, tech-forward orgs, fintech, neo-banks)
- • Expertise in interaction and visual design, with comfort across B2B and consumer-facing products
- • Solid mobile design experience; fintech experience is a plus
