📋 Description

• • As the Lead Product Designer – Renewal at Humana Inc., you will shape the end-to-end member renewal experience, a critical touchpoint that directly impacts member retention, STAR ratings, and operational efficiency by ensuring seamless, empathetic, and accessible design solutions that put members at the center of their health journey.
• • You will define and lead the design strategy for renewal experiences, collaborating with product, engineering, marketing, and analytics teams to simplify complex processes, champion user research and data-driven insights, and advocate for accessibility and inclusivity across all digital touchpoints, particularly for senior adults navigating healthcare coverage.
• • You will partner closely with the Plan Shopping team to ensure consistency across the member journey, present design concepts and strategies to senior leadership with clear rationale and business impact, and foster a culture of collaboration, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the design team through mentorship and coaching.
