- • Lead Product Designer for Spark, shaping how the world experiences a new Bitcoin payment layer through product design, demos, and marketing assets that simplify complex infrastructure.
- • Own the design of Spark’s developer-facing tools, dashboards, and wallet experiences, making L2 infrastructure, stablecoin settlement, and multi-chain interoperability feel simple and trustworthy.
- • Build functional, high-fidelity prototypes and interactive demos that showcase Spark’s capabilities to partners and prospects, using working software rather than mockups.
- • Create marketing and launch assets—pages, visuals, and materials—that communicate Spark’s value to developers, enterprises, and the crypto ecosystem.
- • Collaborate across Lightspark’s small, tight-knit design team of four, contributing to broader product and brand efforts while using AI tools like Cursor and Claude daily to accelerate ideation and shipping.
- • Join a mission-driven company backed by a16z crypto, Paradigm, Ribbit Capital, Coatue, and Thrive Capital, building open payment protocols that make Bitcoin and stablecoins as easy to use as the internet.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 5+ years of experience shipping high-quality digital products at a product-driven company
- • Strong visual and interaction design skills with a portfolio that demonstrates craft and attention to detail
- • Fluent with AI-assisted design and development workflows, regularly using tools like Cursor, Claude, Copilot, or similar
- • Experience designing for technical audiences such as developers, platform teams, or infrastructure products
- • Self-directed ability to take loosely defined problems, determine what needs to exist, and build solutions quickly
