📋 Description

• As a Lead Product Manager at Immersive Labs Limited, you will be a key driver in evolving the Immersive One platform, the leading global cyber resilience solution, ensuring it continues to delight users and expand market leadership by defining vision, prioritizing initiatives, and delivering measurable business outcomes that shape the future of hands-on security training for enterprises worldwide.
• You will report directly to the Chief Product Officer, based in the UK with remote flexibility, and serve as a senior individual contributor who acts as the voice and advocate for product excellence, guiding the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch while collaborating closely with engineering, design, go-to-market, product marketing, and cyber teams to ensure alignment, scalability, and commercial success.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include becoming an expert in core product functionalities to support sales and customer success teams, driving a data-driven approach to feature prioritization and refinement, setting and optimizing success metrics, organizing technical requirements, maintaining a clear and communicated product roadmap, collaborating cross-product to manage dependencies, inspiring delivery teams with vision and rationale, developing user stories with acceptance criteria, balancing technical debt with feature development, and cultivating deep market awareness of the evolving cyber landscape.
• You will work within a mission-driven, inclusive, and customer-centric culture that values innovation, collaboration, and resilience, where your contributions directly impact how organizations prepare for and respond to cyber threats through immersive, simulation-based training.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise SaaS product leadership, strengthen your ability to translate technical concepts into customer-focused messaging, enhance your stakeholder influence and negotiation skills across global teams, and gain strategic experience in scaling a high-growth cybersecurity platform while working alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience owning the launch of new enterprise or SaaS technology products/solutions to market, with prior experience in a cybersecurity company being highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership and accountability for product marketing, operating autonomously and hands-on in driving product positioning and sales enablement.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including comfort negotiating and influencing cross-culturally across business units in a fast-moving, scale-up environment where processes are evolving.
• Solid foundation of technical knowledge enabling effective collaboration with engineering and design teams, coupled with the ability to communicate complex specifications in clear, jargon-free language for prospects and sales teams.
• Experience working with product teams and integrating customer/prospect feedback into roadmap planning and prioritization processes.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity domains such as application security, DevSecOps, and risk management is a nice-to-have, as is experience working with channel partners.
