• • Lead, Quality Assurance at Moniepoint Inc. is a high-impact leadership role responsible for owning and driving the strategy, execution, and culture of Quality Assurance across Engineering teams, ensuring products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability for millions of users in emerging markets.
• • Day to day, you will lead and mentor a team of QA Analysts and Engineers, design and enforce test strategies (manual and automated, regression, performance, exploratory), build dashboards and metrics to measure QA performance, collaborate with engineers as a gatekeeper of quality, drive continuous improvement in QA processes and tools, ensure deep product understanding within the QA team, and promote a strong quality culture across engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
