- • As a Lead Quality Assurance Analyst at Stewart Title Guaranty Company, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of software applications and IT systems before release, directly supporting the company’s mission to deliver secure and efficient real estate services.
- • You will define and enforce QA governance, metrics, and automation strategy; lead test architecture design and tool selection; coordinate testing across distributed teams and vendors; and communicate risk and quality metrics to stakeholders and leadership.
- • You will champion continuous improvement in QA processes, mentor junior and mid-level QA staff, set organizational quality standards, and drive cross-functional alignment on quality objectives with high autonomy.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering) preferred
- • 8+ years of progressive experience in software quality assurance, test automation, or related IT QA roles
- • Proven expertise in designing and implementing test strategies, automation frameworks, and CI/CD pipeline integration
- • Experience leading QA efforts across distributed teams, managing vendors, and mentoring technical staff
- • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test management tools, and performance/security testing concepts
- • Excellent communication skills for presenting risk and quality metrics to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
